Self-Care with Chado: DIY Tea Body Scrubs
For our latest installment to our Self-Care with Chado series we have a fun and easy DIY that all ages can take part in. Everyone wants to have soft and supple skin. Women find that when applying makeup, lotion, or other beauty products to smooth and moisturized skin, the product lasts longer and looks better than when applied to non-treated skin. This is where a body scrub comes in handy, today we have two fun body scrub recipes that take five minutes or less to make.
Green Tea Body Scrub
Ingredients:

Jasmine Green PTB sachets, cut open and the loose tea set aside

1 cup of white or brown sugar, make sure the granulated sugar is small

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

Jasmine essential oils or any oils of your choosing
Direction:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine together all of the ingredients.

Mix together gently.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
Peach Tea Body Scrub
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups sugar
-
½ - ¾ cup coconut oil
-
4 tablespoons Peach Black Tea
-
Peach essential oils or any oils of your choosing
Direction:

In a medium mixing bowl combine the sugar, essential oil and tea and mix together until combined.

Slowly add in the coconut oil and stir until all the mixture is covered in oil.

Place in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
