In the Kitchen with Chado: Matcha Fudge

Matcha Fudge

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Chado x Sinensis Ceremonial Matcha

¾ cup condensed milk

14 ounces white chocolate

teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon fine salt
Instructions:

Grease a 8 by 8 inch baking pan and cover it with parchment paper.

In a saucepan over medium to low heat, sift in the matcha powder and add in the condensed milk. Heat until well combined, make sure to constantly stir so as to not burn.

Add in the white chocolate and combine until they melt.

Add in the vanilla extract and salt, mix until combined.

Remove from heat and pour the Matcha Fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan.

Use a spatula to spread into an even layer and cool at room temperature until fully cool for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Once cool at room temperature, place the fudge into the fridge. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator once cut and enjoy!
