Drinks with Chado: Sober October Non-Alcoholic Tea Cocktails
Sober October, a phrase you may have seen or heard on social media being used by your friends and family. A campaign originally linked to the Macmillan Cancer Support center in the United Kingdom, this trend is used to show participants the benefits of abstaining from alcohol. A few of those benefits could be weight loss, higher energy levels, improved sleep, and even improved memory. In the spirit of Sober October we have two tasty mocktails to share with you today. Both tea mocktails are fun, sober twists on classic cocktails!
